• ½ medium white onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp Safari Smoke Seasoning
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp thyme, fresh
• 3 tbsp butter, unsalted
• 2 tbsp flour, all purpose
• 1 egg, mixed
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds
• 1 lb puff pastry, defrosted if frozen
