Candied Cherry Yuletide Centerpiece Tree Recipe

• 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened.
• 3/4 cup sugar.
• 1/3 cup light molasses.
• 1 egg.
• 1 tablespoon water.
• 4 to 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda.
• 1-1/2 teaspoons ground allspice.
• 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
• 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
• 1/2 teaspoon salt.
• 3/4 cup (6 ounces) Glace Whole Red Cherries, chopped.
• 3/4 cup (6 ounces) Glace Whole Green Cherries, chopped.
• Decorating Frosting (recipe follows).
