- 1 tbsp clear honey or agave syrup
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- Zest of an orange
- 50ml Reposado Tequila (or Blanco)
- 12ml Lime juice
- 12ml Triple sec
- 75ml Cranberry juice
- Fresh cranberries or red-currants and a sprig of rosemary
