Ingredients

• 2-3 cups mixed greens
• 1 1/2 cups strawberries fresh, washed, hulled and sliced
• 1 Bartlett pear medium ripe, sliced thinly
• 2 Kiwi Fruits peeled and sliced
• 1 peach or nectarine cut into small chunks
• 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
• 1/2 cup hazelnuts toasted and chopped
• Raspberry vinegar preferable Kozlowski Farms (Sonoma County)
