- Chili flakes - 2 teaspoon
- Onions/ pyaz and capsicum/ shimla mirch mixed together chopped - 1/4 each
- Oregano - 3/4 teaspoon for dough and 1 teaspoon for sprinkling on bread
- Warm water/ pani - 1/4 cup
- Garlic/ lehsun - 6 cloves (3 for dough and 3 for garlic butter mix)
- Mixed herbs - 1 teaspoon
