Ingredients

• 1 cup chana flour
• 1 cup cake flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)
• 1 teaspoon crushed dhana
• Pinch tumeric powder
• Little lemon juice
• Green chillies to taste
• Green dhunia chopped fine
• 1 onion grated
• 1 potatoe grated
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon bakingpowder
• 1 tablespoon hot oil
• 1. Mix all ingredients together with cold water to make a thick dough.
• 2. Lastly add baking powder and hot oil.
• Drop spoonfuls in meduim hot oil and fry till golden.
