- 2 kg topside steak cut into pieces washed and drained
- 2 tablespoons @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
- 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa steak and chops masala
- 3 tablespoons Mexican spice
- 1 teaspoon Calcutta garlic bbq spice
- 1 teaspoon six gun grill spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup lemon 🍋 juice
- Add in 100g butter
- 1 ½ cup robot peppers strips
- Add in ¾ cup fresh cream
- 4 tablespoons garlic sauce
- Add in 50g butter + fresh Cracked black pepper + ½ cup brown sugar
