Lemon Fried Chicken

Ingredients

• 350g chicken drumettes
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 3 garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• 1 lemon, grate the skin (lemon zest), then squeeze the juice (lemon water)
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 5 tbsp lemon water
• 2 tsp sugar
• 2 tbsp butter
• ½ onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp rosemary
• 1 tsp coriander leaves
• ½ tsp salt
• 5 tbsp cornstarch
• 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
