• Coriander Leaves – 2 1/2 cups
• Onions – 2 (one medium and one small), chopped
• Green Chillies – 3
• Garlic – 12 cloves, chopped
• Ginger – 1/2 inch, chopped
• Cloves – 10
• Black Peppercorns – 10
• Cinnamon – 2 one inch sticks
• Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Poppy Seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Cashew Nuts – 8
• Oil – 4 tblsp
• Tomato Ketchup – 2 tblsp
• Chicken Stock – 1 1/2 cups
• Salt to taste
