• 1 savoy cabbage
• 8 Italian-style sausages
• 2 zucchini, grated
• 2 red onions, very finely diced
• 8 cloves garlic, minced
• Sea-salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper
• ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 red capsicum, diced
• 1 green capsicum, diced
• 2 sticks celery, diced
• 1 Tbsp sweet paprika
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• ¼ tsp caraway seeds
• ¼ tsp chilli flakes
• 410g can condensed cream of celery soup
• 1½ cups chicken stock
• ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
• ½ bunch thyme, finely chopped
• Steamed rice and lemon cheeks, to serve
