Ingredients: 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef; 2 tespoons salt; 1 teaspoon pepper; 1 cup ricotta cheese; 2 eggs; 1/2 cup bread crumbs; 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (or 1 teaspoon dry); 2 tablspoons fresh oregano (or 1 teaspoon dry); 10 basil leaves chopped (or 1 teaspoon dry); 2 cloves garlic grated; 1/4 teapoon red pepper flakes; 1 jar favorite marinara sauce (save 1 cup); 1 pizza dough ball (divided in two) or 2 cans of pizza dough; 8 slices provolone cheese; 1 cup marinara sauce; 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil; 3 teaspoons garlic powder; 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
