• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1/2 tsp Garlic Granules
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 1 small green pepper, diced
• To serve:
• 12 taco shells
• Shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes
• Soured cream, mayonnaise or grated cheese
