- 450 g (1 lb.) ground turkey or chicken
- 1 pouch SUWONG Oriental stir fry mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 85 ml (1/3 cup) breadcrumbs
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) chives, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) vegetable oil
- 250 ml (1 cup) broccoli florets
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) red peppers, chopped
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) carrots, julienned
- 2 green onion, chopped
- 250 ml (1 cup) baby corn
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh ginger, minced
