Ingredients

• 2 pints (946 ml) of vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup (200 g) of granulated sugar
• 2 cups (280 g) of all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup (113 g) of unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup (150 g) of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of salt
