- 4 Golden Delicious or Gala apples
- 500 ml water
- 60 g sugar
- 1 lemon or lime, juice and zest
- 1 slice of fresh ginger
- 8 slices of apple
- 8 round-leaved mint leaves
- 24 dried apple slices.
