Ingredients

• black pepper (to taste)
• 2 tsp brown mustard seeds

• 1/2 whole cucumber
• 2 tsp cumin seeds

• 400 grams diced beef (stewing)
• 2 tsp fennel seeds
• 1/2 whole fresh chilli
• 6 sprigs fresh coriander
• 3 cm fresh ginger
• 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 3 cloves garlic
• 2 single naan bread
• salt (to taste)
• 2 whole shallots
• 2 tbsp sunflower oil
• 5 whole tomatoes
• 300 ml water
• 180 ml yoghurt
