- 1 tsp Nutmeg freshly grated
- 1 litre SuperValu Apple Juice a carton is fine
- 1 SuperValu Granny Smith Apples sliced
- 1 tbsp SuperValu Honey
- 0 SuperValu Lemon Juice if the mixture is too sweet
