- 1 lb chicken (diced about 1/4”)
- 10 oz ham (fine diced roughly)
- 10 oz Swiss cheese (shredded)
- 2 oz egg (scrambled = 1’s egg)
- 2 tsp garlic (minced)
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 6 tbs flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lb angel hair spaghetti (optional)
- 12 oz alfredo sauce (optional)
- 1 oz vegetable oil (for frying you’ll actually need about 2 cups)
