Ingredients

• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 fresh red chilli, seeded and chopped
• ½ tbsp tablespoon olive oil
• extra-large or 10 to 12 medium green prawns, shelled and deveined, tails removed
• 2 tbsp tablespoons pizza sauce
• Thin pizza base, about 22cm in diameter
• 30 g grams pizza cheese
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 1 handful baby rocket leaves
