• 1 x 250g pack Real Seafood Co Coldwater Prawns
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp cumin
• Splash of oil
• 2 ripe avocados, mashed
• 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
• 1 tsp garlic, minced
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• Pinch of chilli flakes
• Pinch of salt
• Drizzle of oil
• Handful of coriander, roughly chopped
• 2 romane lettuce hearts, finely sliced
• 150g cherry tomatoes, quartered
• 150g sweetcorn
• 1/2 cucumber, sliced lengthways in quarters and sliced
• Corn tortillas
