Baked Oreo Churros
Chocolate Oreo flavored churros are shaped like cookies, baked until crunchy and then sandwiched with cream filling that tastes just like Oreo cookie filling.
Ingredients
- 1 cup minus 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 5 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup black onyx or very dark brown unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
