• 1 smoked bone-in ham
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup pineapple juice
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 tsp ground ginger
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 can pineapple slices, drained and juice reserved
