Green and Gold salad

Ingredients

• 2 bananas (ladyfingers are best as they wont brown as fast)
• 1 iceberg lettuce (or butter lettuce if u prefer)
• 4 shallots, chopped
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 peach sliced or 8 slices tinned peach
• 2 tbs lemon juice
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 1 yellow capsicum, seeded and sliced into rings
• 1 1/2 tbs olive oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
