Ingredients

• 12 (2 pkg) frozen blintzes (can use all cheese, or alternate cheese with blueberry, cherry or apple ~ don't use all fruit or it will be too sweet for a brunch main dish)
• 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1-1/2 cups sour cream
• 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
