Pita Bread recipe by The Kitchen Girl

Ingredients

• 4 cups white bread flour (you can use all purpose too), plus more for dusting.
• 2 cups lukewarm water (not hot, or u will murder the yeast)
• 2 ¼ teaspoon instant sachet yeast
• 6 teaspoon sugar
• 1 ½ teaspoon salt
• 4 tablespoon
