Banana-Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1 T Vanilla
• 1 cup Bananas, ripe, mashed
• 2 cups Unbleached flour
• 2 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1/8 tsp. Kosher Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Fresh Ground Nutmeg
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1/2 cup Roasted Pine Nuts
• 6 slices Peaches in fruit juice If you like it this way.
• 1/2 cup Butter cream w/eggs&sugar or other oil preferred
