- 1 T Vanilla
- 1 cup Bananas, ripe, mashed
- 2 cups Unbleached flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/8 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Fresh Ground Nutmeg
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Roasted Pine Nuts
- 6 slices Peaches in fruit juice If you like it this way.
- 1/2 cup Butter cream w/eggs&sugar or other oil preferred
