- 2 cups warm water
- 4 teaspoons yeast
- 3 tablespoons sugar

- 6 tablespoons butter (salted), room temp & super soft
- 7-10 cloves of garlic, minced (to taste)
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
- 4 oz parmesan cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
- garlic salt, for sprinkling
- Sea salt flakes, optional
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing after cooked)
