• 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
• 2 tablespoons oat milk (or other non-dairy milk)
• 1 tablespoon corn syrup
• black gel food color
• candy eyeballs
