Ingredients

• 1 cup of halved grapes (pick red or green)
• 1 cup of cubed pineapple chunks
• 1 cup of kiwi, peeled and sliced
• 1 cup of diced melon (cantaloupe or honeydew)
• 1 cup of raspberries
• 1 cup of strawberries, trimmed and sliced
• 8 ounces of cubed cream cheese
• A sprinkle of granola or chopped nuts if you want (about ¼ cup)
• ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt if you prefer
• 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
• A splash of caramel sauce
• A few fresh mint sprigs
