- 1 pint of skimmed milk.
- 1-2 tbsp of cajun seasoning.
- Tsp of smoked paprika.
- 1/2 tsp of garlic granules.
- 100g of light cheddar - grated.
- 300g of macaroni.
- A handful of chopped chives.
