- 240 ml (1 cup) kefir or drinkable plain yogurt
- 210 g (1 2/3 cup) cake flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 35 g (1/3 cup) dutch processed cocoa powder
- 6 g (1/2 tbsp) baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) canola oil
- 200 g (1 cup) whipping cream
- 120 g (4.4 oz) semi-sweet chocolate
- 40 g (2 tbsp 1 tsp) unsalted butter
