• 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
• 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
