• 2 cups stale bread
• 1 tbsp ouzo
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 2 small onions
• 1 tbsp dried oregano
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley
• 1 tsp spearmint
• 1 tsp salt
• flour for frying
• olive oil for frying
• 1 tsp pepper
