Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken fillet, cubed small
• 1 heaped teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 2 teaspoons Italian herbs
• 3 tablespoons double cream yoghurt
• Olive oil, a drizzle
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2-3 tablespoons pure, mild honey
