Ingredients

• 2 cups cooked sweet potatoes
• 1/4 cup butter
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup pineapple juice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
