• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 6 ounces good-quality milk chocolate, (chopped)
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• Zest of 1 navel orange
• 1 pinch kosher salt
• Flaky salt, such as Maldon, (for garnish)
