• 2 large sealable plastic bags (large size Ziploc bags)
• 4 cups (1 litre) crushed ice
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) coarse salt
• 2 small sealable plastic bags (sandwich size Ziploc bags)
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) 35% cream
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) vanilla extract
