Recipe Broccoli Salad
This is always a HIT with guests. I make this everytime we have a get together and the bowl is always left empty!! (Recipes courtesy of Food.com - bramblett.)

- head fresh broccoli (do not use frozen!)
- 0.5 cup(s) red onion, chopped
- 0.5 pound(s) bacon
- 2.5 tablespoon(s) vinegar
- 1 cup(s) Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 0.33 cup(s) sugar
- 1.5 cup(s) grated mozzarella cheese
