- Self raising flour: 350g
- Baking powder: 2tsp
- Ground cinnamon: 1/4 tsp
- Egg: 2
- Buttermilk or plain yoghurt: 150g
- Milk: 325ml
- Frozen mixed berries: 200g
- Frozen or canned pitted cherries: 150g
- Cornflour: 1tsp
- Vanilla bean paste or 1 vanilla pod: 1 tsp
- Mascarpone or greek/plain yoghurt: 200g
- Maple syrup
