Nor's Sausage Cheddar Zucchini Quiche | Just A Pinch Recipes

Ingredients

• 1 - small zucchini cut length wise and sliced
• 1 - medium vahdalia or other onion
• 4-6 - sun dried tomatoes packed in olive oil,or soaked in water if dried
• 4-5 - 4-5 links chicken sausage, ot sweet italian sausage ( i use premio)
• 1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
• 1/4-1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
• 1/4 teaspoon(s) thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried basil
• 1 1/2 cup(s) sharp shredded cheddar cheese
• 3 - eggs
• 1 1/4 cup(s) heavy cream
• 1 pinch(es) ground black pepper
• 1 dash(es) salt
• 1 - deep dish frozen pie crust baked for 10 minutes
