• 1/4 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and quartered
• 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup of milk (add extra for a thinner consistency)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Juice from 1/2 lime
• Salt and pepper, to taste
