This has been a hectic week so today's post is not elaborate. But I will tell you that the Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette I am sharing in honor of the end of maple
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced (I like using 2)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
