Chocolate Banana Bread - Passion Meets Creativity

Ingredients

• 260 g spelt flour
• 50 g cacao
• 380 g mashed banana
• 60 ml milk of your choice
• 60 ml maple syrup
• 80 g butter or oil
• maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda (don't replace with another spoon of baking powder!)
• 1 pinch of salt
• 120 g chopped walnuts
