• 1 bag (750 g) Arctic Gardens Thai Style Stri Fry
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) sodium-reduced soy sauce
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) hoisin sauce
• 2 tsp (10 mL) cornstarch
• 1 pkg (330 g) extra-firm tofu
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) minced gingerroot
• Pinch hot pepper flakes
• 2 tsp (10 mL) sesame oil
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced
