Dave'S Killer Bread Machine Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 cup bread flour
• 1/4 cup rolled oats (plus extra for topping)
• 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
• 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
• 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten (for better rise and texture)
• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar or coconut sugar
• 1 1/4 cups warm water (about 110°F)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
