Schezwan gravy fries (using Gusto's schezwan sauce)

Ingredients

• 500 gm French fries, frozen or fresh but fried
• 1/2 green capsicum, cubes
• salt & pepper as per taste
• 1/2 cup spring onions
• 2-3 tbsp sesame seeds
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
