The Honey Syrup in the Paycheck cocktail balances the bitter Suze which both work nicely with the Earl Grey infused Gin, Dry Vermouth and Cointreau.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. 60ml Gin (Earl Grey infused)
- 0.5 oz. 15ml Suze
- 0.5 oz. 15ml Vermouth, Dry
- 0.5 oz. 15ml Cointreau
- 0.33 oz. 10ml Honey Syrup
- 3 dash 3 dash Absinthe
