Ingredients

• 1 pkg (450 g) fettuccine or linguine pasta
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) Ontario butter, divided
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup (250 mL) Ontario 35% whipping cream
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) vegetable or chicken broth
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) Ontario cream cheese, cubed (half a pkg)
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and pepper
• 1 cup (250 mL) fresh grated Ontario Parmesan cheese
