Lemon Meringue Pie Milkshake –

Ingredients

• 225g vanilla ice cream
• 4 tablespoons store bought lemon curd, divided
• 4 tablespoons marshmallow topping, divided
• 100g graham crackers, broken, divided
• 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 cup graham crackers, broken, divided
• Step 1 Place ice cream in an empty CREAMi™ Pint.
• Step 2 Use a spoon to create a 1 ½-inch wide hole that reaches the bottom of the pint. Add 2 tablespoons lemon curd, 2 tablespoons marshmallow topping, and ¼ cup graham crackers to the hole.
• Step 4 Select MILKSHAKE.
• Step 5 When processing is complete, layer the remaining ingredients in a glass, then top with the milkshake and serve immediately.
